Objects / Installations: Dawid Kozłowski (Absent Women), Aleksandra Wasilkowska (Heart from the performances Poczet Królów Polskich and Hamlet directed by Krzysztof Garbaczewski).

Place: Stary Teatr in Krakow, ul. Jagiellońska 1 (entrance from Jagiellońska Street through the glass door with the white inscription MICET)

Entrance tickets: PLN 5 (at the box office of the MICET theatre museum)

The space of Stary Teatr is a living organism that is constantly evolving, developing, and reproducing itself. Sometimes it is worth stopping for a moment to see, listen, and feel the rhythm of this organism. To check whether it is really happening or if we are just dreaming. In this year’s edition of KRAKERS, we want to invite you to such a stop and meditation. For four days, the heart of the Stary Theatre will beat (literally and metaphorically) for our viewers in the basement of MICET.

The second opportunity for meditation will be a dreamlike meeting with Helena Modrzejewska and women who, despite having a great influence on the Krakow scene, still remain unnoticed and their presence in the bloodstream of the Theatre is very blurred and remains in the shadow.

Catch your balance. Catch your breath. Feel the pulsation of the Stary Theatre.
